A day ago, this Sunday, I went to Jo-anns to get some fabric for a dress. I am a regular customer at Jo-anns (in Federal Way, Washington).I usually like to take the fabric out from the shelf, and see how it looks first, and then take it to the counter in order to get it cut. This Sunday, I had to make a lot of choices because i wanted to get a lot of material. \r As usual, I went up to the counter to get the fabric cut, and while I was waiting for my order, the lady behind the counter went to the lane I was in, and starting yelling out loud, ""I AM JUST LOOKING AT ALL OF THIS!!"" And when I ran to help her, she said, ""NO, IN OUR COUNTRY......(scary silence)......WE DO NOT DO THIS!!""......her name was ""Dee Lord"" (So much for religion and humanity...)\r Please note that this is not the first time I have noticed this behavior, I have also talked to the manager, and she does not seem to care. She just says,""I am sorry, is that what you want to hear?' \r Goodness, these people are completely indifferent.\r I seriously don't know if I will want to get fabric from this store after this experience; it was downright humiliating, and uncalled for.
