On saturday October 9 2010, i went to this store to find out how much it would cost to put a shirt ina shadow box frame. The lady who waited on me was helpful, but also very pushy and rude. I had a $20.00 frame in my hand and she told me that would never work. Okay, I don't know too much about this, so i asked her for a quote on custom framing, but please keep it on the low end, since I didn't have alot of money to spend. The price I was given was $247.00. This is anything but reasonable for a person who is holding a $20.00 frame in their hands. We found a $50.00 frame and she showed me how I could do it, but that it would not show right. The kicker was when she told me that would be stupid. I did not come to your store to be insulted and that my idea was STUPID. Not everyone has the kind of money she obviously thought I should spend. I appreciate the help, but I am in customer service and if I ever told a guest they or their ideas were stupid, I would no longer have a job.
