Avoid this company at all costs, my experience with them revealed them to be dishonest and unethical. I called to have a window repaired and was told that they charged $45 no matter what. I was OK with that, as my window repair should have cost about $100. The repair guy shows up(very late) and informs me that the minimum charge is $150!!! No one told me that when I called or I never would have asked them to come. I called Window-Fix, and after I told them how unethical it is for them to intentionally not state that the minimum repair is $150(their excuse is that they don't discuss pricing on the phone), thye promised me a refund of my $45. They never paid it!!!
