If you are in need of losing a few pounds and your new years reslolution is to lose weight than come to Vision Quest Sport and Fitness. The owners are challenging us members to see who can lose more weight. We just had our first weigh so there is still time to join. I have a partner so if you know someone who could stand to lose bring them down to it is a great motivator and it keeps me on track. (which is what i need lol) I have a great trainer i think he is the best but there are several trainers at Vision Quest who actually care about resluts. They give you a meal plan and get you on track and keep you on track to reach your goal!!!!!! I highly recommend Vision Quest to EVERYONE!!!!!
