I called this company to remove a blockage from a toilet. They came out twice, charged me $939 and then told me that they would have to come out one more time and charge me an additional $1570 for "jet-lining" the sewage pipe.
I called up Roto-Rooter who took care of the problem without "jet-lining" anything for a lot less money than MyPlumber charged the first time around. Since then I have been trying to contact the company and file a complaint with them, but my phone calls go to an answering service and nobody has called me back for three business days. If they do not call back today before COB, I am stopping the credit card payments. I have never had such a problem with any business.
