Review content:
My Plumber Heating and Cooling solicited my business promoting a service and evaluation. My only issue was that when the technician came to my house and was honest about the work he could do for the offer, I felt that I had been misled. I thought that he was really honest and knowledgeable, but that the extent and limits of the offer should have been made clear during the initial phone call. He still did an evaluation for us and gave us some helpful information. He was helpful and understanding when we decided not to do any work right away but were considering our options. If we do decide to do the work we will ask for him.
