Three years ago I purchased a slightly used
Honda Crosstour from Bronco. The car has been flawless and only now did it become necessary to procure service on it. After getting repair estimates from three different Honda dealers, A trusted associate asked if I had looked into getting the repair done where I purchased the vehicle and , honestly, the thought never crossed my mind. I decided to take a flyer and give Bronco a call.....boy, am I glad I did!..The repair quote was HALF of what the others were. I dropped off my car, without an appointment and the Service advisor, Brandon Ayala had an estimate to me within ninety minutes! It was late in the day so Brandon asked politely if he could have my car overnight. I replied in the affirmative, and lo and behold The young man calls me mid morning of the next day, telling me my car was done, the outcome was perfect and they even washed my car for me! The bill was to the penny of what Brandon quoted and my expectations for the transaction were greatly exceeded....I heartily recommend Bronco Motors service (and Sales, for that matter!)...First cabin experience!!
