If you are reading this review about ALWAYS PLUMBING & HEATING, Inc; Take a deep breath of RELIEF! You don't need to search any further for the Best Company of it's kind in all of Colorado Springs; (and beyond). My Name is Antonio, and I recently discovered a burst water pipe in one of my "upstairs" Master Bathroom, and due to how fast it was leaking, I had to shut down the main water valve to my entire home and office. After spending hours of searching on the internet, and calling around for price estimates, I found ALWAYS PLUMBING & HEATING, and gave them a call. "Debbie" answered the phone in just "one ring". (My first reaction was AMAZEMENT, since I didn't have to go through a lengthy , and automated voices to get to a "live person".) Debbie let me explain every detail of the problem, and without hesitation, had me scheduled for a home repair within less than 24 hours. The Next Morning, a Licensed Plumber from their Company named ADAM, showed up at my door, and couldn't have been more polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Then, after a quick inspection, he explained that he would have to replace the "Master Bathroom Tub/Shower Valve". (Or "Fawcett"). I told Adam that I wanted to change the current Brass color to the more up to date "brushed nickle" finish. He left and returned within a few hours with the NEW ITEM, and within 1 hour, he had the entire job completed, INCLUDING CAULKING on every component, leaving me with absolutely NOTHING ELSE that I needed to do myself. My "expectation" of the total price was approximately $1,000.00. Yet in fact, the Price was less than half of that, in the 400 dollar range; INCLUDING THE NEW FAWCETT! Having been a citizen of Colorado Springs for the past 35 years, I have owned 3 homes, and dealt with all types of repairs. I HAVE NEVER been treated better, faster, or with Licensed Professionals of such amazing Knowledge and Customer Service, in those entire 35 years! So, pick up the phone and give this OUTSTANDING Business a call, and disregard your worries. Singed Sincerely and Honorably, Antonio
