Hot water heater - Ed was the tech that came out. He is a straight shooter. Had problem diagnosed within minutes and had solutions on the spot. Had to have unit replaced. We ended up going to a bigger tank for just a little bit more money. Ed was very personable and professional. He had job completed in the time frame he had quoted me. Will definitely be telling friends and family about this company. They have definitely earned repeat business from me! Ed also let me keep the box from new water heater for my kiddo to build a fort(3 yrs old) which he was super excited about! Thanks again! more

The staff from Always Plumbing & Heating Inc replaced a section of gas line pipe that had a small leak. It took some time to find the leak, but he was persistent. He fixed everything and made it as good as new. more

When Ed came to do some work in my house he was really nice. Plus he worked carefully, but efficiently. Every time he hit a little glitch, where something didn't quite fit right or had to be sawed again, he would do so. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. more

Ed came out on a Saturday, and spent almost 4 hours reconfiguring our plumbing under a new drop in sink and installing an unusual faucet after our granite in the kitchen had been installed. He was polite, and clearly took his time to make sure it was done right. Every time he hit a little glitch, where something didn't fit right or had to be sawed apart, etc. etc. he would stop and explain to me what he was doing and why. I am so glad we called him first instead of let my husband tackle it...because if it took a plumber four hours...yep we would probably still be without water! more

Needed two hot water heaters before family arrived for Thanksgiving and Ed and Adam got them installed in a timely manner. I was very satisfied the workmanship. Probably was not the least expensive, but we had hot water for our showers. more

If you are reading this review about ALWAYS PLUMBING & HEATING, Inc; Take a deep breath of RELIEF! You don't need to search any further for the Best Company of it's kind in all of Colorado Springs; (and beyond). My Name is Antonio, and I recently discovered a burst water pipe in one of my "upstairs" Master Bathroom, and due to how fast it was leaking, I had to shut down the main water valve to my entire home and office. After spending hours of searching on the internet, and calling around for price estimates, I found ALWAYS PLUMBING & HEATING, and gave them a call. "Debbie" answered the phone in just "one ring". (My first reaction was AMAZEMENT, since I didn't have to go through a lengthy , and automated voices to get to a "live person".) Debbie let me explain every detail of the problem, and without hesitation, had me scheduled for a home repair within less than 24 hours. The Next Morning, a Licensed Plumber from their Company named ADAM, showed up at my door, and couldn't have been more polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Then, after a quick inspection, he explained that he would have to replace the "Master Bathroom Tub/Shower Valve". (Or "Fawcett"). I told Adam that I wanted to change the current Brass color to the more up to date "brushed nickle" finish. He left and returned within a few hours with the NEW ITEM, and within 1 hour, he had the entire job completed, INCLUDING CAULKING on every component, leaving me with absolutely NOTHING ELSE that I needed to do myself. My "expectation" of the total price was approximately $1,000.00. Yet in fact, the Price was less than half of that, in the 400 dollar range; INCLUDING THE NEW FAWCETT! Having been a citizen of Colorado Springs for the past 35 years, I have owned 3 homes, and dealt with all types of repairs. I HAVE NEVER been treated better, faster, or with Licensed Professionals of such amazing Knowledge and Customer Service, in those entire 35 years! I called Always about an issue with my hot water heater; a technician was dispatched just a couple of hours after my call. When Ed arrived at my house he was friendly, professional and courteous. After looking things over he offered an an honest opinion on what might be needed; no flim flam or attempt to convince me I needed additional parts or repairs. In short order he had everything back up and running and left everything clean and tidy. I will absolutely go to Always for any more plumbing needs; whether repairs or projects. more

We had an issue with a toilet in a rental on the Memorial Day holiday, and Always Plumbing sent Ed out that same day. Ed and his mentor were quick and did a great job.
