I had had previous experience with the plumber, Moe, and had been pleased at that time. And I was very pleased with the service this time. Moe gave me the options and answered my questions as to alternative repairs. His work was professional, neat and clean. I am a long-time customer, but I had had a very bad experience with a My Plumber novice plumber several months ago. When I complained, the company responded to my concerns and sent a Master Plumber (T.J.) to redo the work satisfactorily. That is why I have continued to use My Plumber. In the future, I think I will request either Moe or T.J. when I need service as I trust both of them to do the work well.
