I have been a patient for 2 years and happy with services but now the billing is ridiculous. I have dental coverage through GEHA and have used it here without issues. But now, I am being told I have to pay full price up front for services then I will be reimbursed once insurance has paid because "the computer" is showing it that way. Two fillings for my daughter that I should only have to pay about $50 out of pocket for will now be almost $600 up front. Long term client, never any billing issues and now I am looking for another dentist for our entire family because of what "the computer is showing." I do not recommend this office, as common sense seems to have left the building.
