For years I've struggled to seek the professional practice of a dentist. I have had such horrible experiences in dentistry. Axioms office in Zebulon are filled with wonderful people. From walking in the door it's a feeling of comfort. To reaching the back and everyone showing the greatest compassion to your situation. They jumped right on a game plan to help have a better knowledge/understanding of what is going on and set up a system based on importance to get rolling. Everyone in the office from the front to the back seemed as if they loved their job. more

Great place! The Staff is great and so nice. They make u comfortable and explain everything. The Office is nice and Clean. One of the most NICE Dentistry Around with out going a long way! Top of the line DENTIST! more

Frustrating 7/30/2015

I have been a patient for 2 years and happy with services but now the billing is ridiculous. I have dental coverage through GEHA and have used it here without issues. But now, I am being told I have to pay full price up front for services then I will be reimbursed once insurance has paid because "the computer" is showing it that way. Two fillings for my daughter that I should only have to pay about $50 out of pocket for will now be almost $600 up front. Long term client, never any billing issues and now I am looking for another dentist for our entire family because of what "the computer is showing." I do not recommend this office, as common sense seems to have left the building. more
