I'm so shocked at these comments. We've followed the small companies all the way until Winters purchased the last small company we had. We love them. Never had a problem with pickup (which after reading all your comments could be from holiday schedules or weather) and the driver is awesome and kind. Just called for a change to our service and it was not an issue. How can it get to a point in your lives that you can be so disappointed in the garbage pickup?
