Excellent company. Our air conditioner was not working. We called two other repair places. One never answered his phone (he may have retired). The other said they could be there in two weeks. We saw good reviews for Guy Smith and decided to give them a call. They answered "How can we make you smile?" and that was their proven philosophy. They could make it the next day, even agreeing to show up at the hour I needed them. Five minutes before the appointed time, they called to say they were en route. The gentleman who came at first seemed young, but definitely knew exactly what he was doing. I managed heavy vehicle mechanical programs, and was impressed by his professionalism and diagnostic approach. Plus he did a great job putting up with me. I will definitely be using Guy Smith in the future.
