Review content:
I recently rented a car in Denver from National as a Emerald Club member. The time and speed in obtaining a vehicle was extremely quick and effiecient. amazing good job to National for a speedy process. \r I did have one issue. Shortly after driving away from the agency, I was trying to adjust temp in the car and the modern electronic dashboard had me fumbling; I weaved on the road as a result. I was pulled over by a State Trooper. He asked for my rental agreement and I realized I did not have one; because the Emerald Club cuts that out of the process which is good; but I had no document in the vehicle to prove I rented the car except a National advertisement document. It was booked by another person so I could not even show him the electronic reservation. anyway, maybe National should place something in the vehicle to provide the ownership info. DOnt go back to 5 lbs of paperwork. Just be aware of this. Thank you for the great process improvement. \r John Lehman
