"Bennet F of My Heating and Cooling solved a problem we didn't realize we had for 9 years now...dryer lint collecting in the ceiling of our ground floor due to separated dryer vent tubing. He did this by figuring out where it was, went in through bathroom ceiling fan and using his scope not only removed much of the built up, still reachable lint, but repaired the broken tubing. What a relief! He also charged exactly what he estimated he would charge for the service. All very fair, above board and not only is Bennett a super problem solver, he's super trustworthy, too. I will recommend My Plumber, Bennett F and the crew in future for anyone needing help with HVAC stuff and will look to them for future plumbing needs, too. The staff who answer the phone are great, too. Great team, problem solvers and helpful...Anthony, Harry and "the Manager" (whomever that was) was helpful, too. We are grateful to everyone at My Plumber who helped to improve our indoor air quality and made our home safer, too."
