Similar to other reviews, this hotel is NOT typical to other Hyatt Hotel experiences. The room decor was what I typically call "tired", in need of new carpets, renovations, etc. Although I had requested a late check-out and had a "privacy" sign on my door, I came back to my room only to find hotel staff in my room taking my luggage. When asked what they were doing, they stated that they had received a "message" that there was abandoned luggage in the room and they were taking it out. The privacy sign was on the floor at their feet. Not wanting to answer further questions, they left the room. Hotel management had no explanation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, service is marginal and guest requests not honored.
