Review content:
I have used Enterprise some several times for various reasons and have always been happy with their personnel and service. Except......\r
this last time (at the Clinton site) the service desk counter was closed and I had to go outside to get the car as well as upon return.\r
I had a large piece of luggage as well as a medium size carryon. The car was the right size that I was used to but of a different make. When I picked up the car I had to transport these things myself as well as find the outside facility. I was not a happy camper. The ""scrape"" I had done was not observed until the person doing the inspection was told about the damage. I paid the deductible from my own insurance as I had indicated I had my own insurance. there was no shuttle back to the terminal and was told ""the shuttle is your legs!"" Again I had to transport my luggage back to the terminal myself in order to board my plane departure.\r
In renting a car from Enterprise, I have never had to do all this myself.\r
Next time when renting a car at an airport I will check to see what their procedure is prior to the transaction.
