ok>>>I currently rent for rhyne managent and my lease is up in about a month. I've been staying in the same unit for three years. I stated off fine...then went south the past year. there are a lot of little things wrong with my place. They are quick to respond to repairs...but do a poor job. I put in a repair request to fix some things and showed the office lady pictures of what needed to be fix. when they came to fix them they fixed one thing and then claimed they knew nothing about the other request. They left a mess everytime the would come to fix something and expected me to clean up. the guy who ownes the place is hard to get in touch with and refused to give me his number when i lost it because i wanted to tell him about the problems. I stayed as long as I did because the price was right...but really...save your money...and find something better.
Pros: cheap rent
Cons: poor management
