Review content:
I've used them for two different medical issues my cat had. On the plus side, the two doctors I came in contact with seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to sit down and explain all about my cat's medical issues without trying to rush through anything. The place is very clean and my cat came through his ordeals fine with a bonus dental cleaning and claw trimming I didn't even think to ask for. \r

On the minus side, most of the staff I came in contact with except for one seemed unfriendly and cold for no reason. They didn't like my cat's weight or his carrier, and chose to let me know by making cutesy babytalk at my cat... "Wow! Your mommy needs to pick better carriers!" What's wrong with saying "I'm concerned his carrier isn't appropriate"? Aren't we adults? I understand their job is stressful but the staff are noticeably warmer and kinder at every other vet office I've been to, so who knows what the deal is here.\r

The doctors are worth it if you don't mind dealing with snipp
