Review content:
I called C & T for dryer repair. The tech came game me an estimate charges me $70 for service charge and was told someone will call back with part cost. No one did and I had to follow up myself. The tech came and repaired, I was told there was a 30 day guarantee of job done. He left some thing undone and I have called them several times and now I'm just getting a run around for someone to come back and fix it. Initially they were available to visit and repair on Saturday and now all of sudden they don't have tech available or as I was told ""he's not available on Saturday"". I followed up to see one can come by and no one called back. Finally was told someone will stop by today 11/14/14 however it has been a second no show.\r
DON'T trust these guys. I WILL NOT RECOMMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
