Review content:
Tigard Animal Hospital mis-quoted us on a follow-up visit on a stray cat we rescued... a cat we couldn't afford to spend additional hundreds of dollars on (we had already spent more than $450 on his previous vet visit and meds - at Tigard Animal Hospital). We phoned prior to taking him in for an idea of how much the follow up visit would cost... after being put on hold for a minute, we were quoted $46.00. I would understand if the visit was maybe a bit more, but it was just under $200! The vetrinarian would do nothing to make us happy. We weren't expecting him to reduce it down to $46, but he could have made a bit of an adjustment. Vetrinarian visits are marked above the actual cost - he could have reduced the price- at least a little.\r \r We know that mistakes can happen... but, a lot can be said about a business in how they handle those mistakes. Beware if they are unwilling to see things from the customers point of view and unwilling to make adjustments that are agreeable to both parties.\r \r We have other animals and will NOT be returning to Tigard Animal Hospital and do not recommend them to anyone else. Pros: Office staff is friendly Cons: If there is a problem, don't expect them to help you resolve it.
