Quality Auto Body really has what, for me, is the perfect combination in almost any service. I know when I go to them I'm going to get a combination of total professionalism and knowledge about their products and services combined with their being really personable -- you feel like they're really attending to you and what your preferences are and what your concerns are. I love it. They just do it really really well.
The last time I used them I'd been in a car accident, and they had a long conversation with me about how the repairs were going to be done, and it was really interesting, because it gave me a lot of insight into all the choices I had after that kind of accident. It became really clear to me that they were committed to making the choice that would bring my car back to its original quality, versus just trying to make it look good or whatever. In my case I had a fairly new vehicle -- only a couple of years old -- and I was amazed with the care they took with evaluating each part of the repair, and, again, I was so impressed with their knowledge. It was great.
