I have both a complaint and multiple compliments to give today. I called today to cancel an appointment and was given the third degree as to why I was cancelling. They wanted to know so that they could tell Dr. Frankel because I was scheduled for 1 1/2. Does it really matter as to why I have to cancel? I had to cancel and that should be enough of a reason. I did try to explain myself, and got silence on the phone. I explained I was forced to work Sunday midnights and would not be able to come to appointment because I could not drive one hour each way after not sleeping all night. Should I risk my life because someone might be upset that I canceled my appointment? Dr. Frankel has cancelled on me and I have not become upset and questioned why. I took a vacation day to go to an appointment and it was then cancelled. Believe it or not my time is just as precious as anyone else’s'. I hate to complain because everyone has been really great to us when we have been in there. They have been especially nice to my daughter as she has been having a ton of dental work done this summer. I am especially gracious to the staff that took care of my daughter at her last appointment. McKenzie and I were both very anxious and the staff was very reassuring and was great at explaining things to us.\r
