Dr. Frankel I just thought you should know that you have a wonderful staff. I first met Angie on the phone when I called for my first appointment; she was so friendly and accommodating. Then when I came in for my first visit I was greeted immediately and Angie made a point to walk over and introduce her. I then saw Natalie who was just as sweet. I knew I already liked Angie but when she checked me out I realized, this is what customer service is about. Your girls are friendly, and playful which made me feel completely at ease. You have some real gems!!! more

Today's visit was very informative. I have never been shown how to floss and why it should be done that way. Made me want to stop home and do it. Also made me somewhat proud of how I have been taking care of my teeth all my life with no education.\r more

I have both a complaint and multiple compliments to give today. I called today to cancel an appointment and was given the third degree as to why I was cancelling. They wanted to know so that they could tell Dr. Frankel because I was scheduled for 1 1/2. Does it really matter as to why I have to cancel? I had to cancel and that should be enough of a reason. I did try to explain myself, and got silence on the phone. I explained I was forced to work Sunday midnights and would not be able to come to appointment because I could not drive one hour each way after not sleeping all night. Should I risk my life because someone might be upset that I canceled my appointment? Dr. Frankel has cancelled on me and I have not become upset and questioned why. I took a vacation day to go to an appointment and it was then cancelled. Believe it or not my time is just as precious as anyone else’s'. I hate to complain because everyone has been really great to us when we have been in there. They have been especially nice to my daughter as she has been having a ton of dental work done this summer. I am especially gracious to the staff that took care of my daughter at her last appointment. McKenzie and I were both very anxious and the staff was very reassuring and was great at explaining things to us.\r more

Today was my first visit to Dr. Frankel's Office. I had seen the ads on TV and on the billboards all over town. My brother had produced a jingle for them and that's where I had first heard the name. I expected it to be a big, crowded and impersonal place. I certainly did not expect to meet the famous Frankel DDS, himself. To my surprise it was just the opposite. All the staff was very friendly, polite and professional. I felt like a guest in the home of my host, Dr. Frankel, himself. I'm hooked! Love it!\r more
