Jason showed up on Saturday morning 20 Sept. 2014 early after calling us to let us know he was coming and when to expect him. He was very courteous and concerned about our needs. He had to work all by himself. In 2 1/2 hours he had our unit in and working and performed multiple checks of inside and outside units to his high satisfaction. He left the areas neat and clean and even removed his shoes when doing work inside the house. He was very informative and answered all our concerns. He told us of other areas of the business that he had worked which indicated his expertise from years of experience. We would ask for his assistance anytime we might need future work done.
