We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. I believe that consistent service is paramount to a good rating. This establishment provides good service if you are ready to make an expensive purchase; however, once the sale is completed and you have paid, everything changes. For example, do not expect to have any phone calls returned if you try to follow up on something you have purchased. Even if you stop in and your sales person is out, you will not be called when they return. This has happened several times and it is just not worth the aggravation. It's best to shop elsewhere, for example, O.C. Tanner, where they really look after you all the time, in lieu of ignoring you when you have a problem or question regarding merchandise, like they do at J Brooks Jewlers. I am sorry to have to write this, but enough is enough.
