Be careful trusting your car with these people. Here's what happened to me. I had them install an aftermarket radio into my brand new car. When I got it back, I noticed 3 or 4 small, but visible, scratches and scuff marks around the radio where they had taken it out. I was NOT happy. On top of that, the USB player in the radio wasn't playing out of my car speakers, so I had to take it back to them to get that fixed. When I took it back, I specifically told the manager that I had noticed scratches from the first install and I asked that they please be careful if they had to take it out again. When I got it back, they fixed the speaker problem, but I found even MORE scratches around the radio - this time much more noticeable. It was completely disheartening to have a brand new car scratched up like this by a supposed professional installer. What's worse is that after they fixed the speaker problem, the GPS system in the radio was no longer working. But I wouldn't dare take it back to them to have it scratched up even more. At this point, I just have to cut my losses with them. Don't make the same mistake I did. Try your chances with someone else.
