Your serviceman worked quickly, skillfully and courteously on the repair of the garage door opener as he replaced the circuit board.
He did not try to convince me to just purchase a new one! He replaced the 10 worn out rollers with new rollers that operate so
quietly. He replaced a broken cable or two that was working on borrowed time! It had caused the door to be off the track, even!
He repaired the second door (less used) by replacing and tightening the heavy screws. He worked quickly and efficiently
the entire time. I will be having the seals on the base of the door replaced in brief visit tomorrow. He was temporarily out of
them on his truck. I am very pleased with the work he did, and I'm glad to mark that job off my list of "things to get done"!!
I will be recommending your company to anyone who needs
help with their garage doors. Thanks for a job well done!
