My call was answered by a man by the name of Tommy. I had a very unusual parts request. Metric hoses for a washer manufactured for the European market. It took him all of 15 seconds to locate the part ( I had been laughed at by several other parts places) and he gave me a very good deal. I am hard to impress but these guys are good. Please don't confuse these guys with the other Martin appliance store in the Home Depot plaza off of Newberry road. I had been reluctant to call at first because I thought they were owned by the same people and I had a very bad experience there and have not been back in over 6 years. It is hard to find someone who is honest and helpful so lets help keep these guys prosperous.
