OH MY GOD! I thought that this was supposed to be one of the best, but I was advised wrongly. I've been to them about 3 times, only because I haven't found time ti find another vet that is suitable to my standards yet. This hospital is so COLD. It was like dealing with the children of the corn or zombies or something. Are the staff former druggies from the 70s? They were NOT AT ALL personable! And they were so DULL-HEADED and kind of MEAN. Anytime I had a question for them, they didn't know what I was talking about! And they were not friendly at all! You have SEVERAL people working there, yet they ignore you alot. One time, I was standing there to pay for the visit, and this one nurse/assistant just completely ignored me! She didn't even say, "one moment" or anything. She just kept walking back and forth right in front of my face and out of her desk area. She was even AVOIDING eye contact with me! She wasn't doing anything though except walking back and forth!\r
