Review content:
Element recently packed up all my belongings and put them in storage pending an out of state move. Overall, excellent service. They came on time, were friendly and polite, worked efficiently and completed the packing and loading in two days. Front office interaction prior to the packing and loading was also very good. Two things could have made it better: they completely filled trash can and recycling can with packing materials and other garbage. New home owner was not pleased to have no capacity upon move in. It would be nice if they could take away their own stuff. Also, they were more than 200 cubic feet off on the cost estimate for the move and this added additional cost to me. I wanted to tip the movers but budget was blown. Overall, however, very good experience so far and I would recommend Element.
