Element Moving and Storage

I made the mistake of not going with this company from the start. I originally went with across usa moving and storage which are a bunch of crooks, they attempted to quadruple my price. (that's another story) Anyway I contacted Sheila immediately after I canceled my other company and she called me back after hours and I needed A FAST MOVE, because my things were already supposed to be gone by then. She was able give me a realistic pick up time and realistic non escalate quote that was reasonable due to the circumstances. SHEILA THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP, YOU HELPED A BIG FAMILY AND WE APPRECIATE YOU. So the truckers came as scheduled and it was a great operation to be part of, they were great with wrapping and loading my stuff. They arrived as scheduled (the driver would call me every few days) and the individuals were nice and knowledgable and careful with our stuff. All in all, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Element, and would use them again. more

My experience in working with Element Moving and Storage has been great and I am highly satisfied with the outcome of their work. The important thing to me going into the process of moving was knowing that the company that I hired on was well trained, respectful and mindful of our property as well as the house we were moving out of. The movers they contracted for the job with us showed up promptly and on time for the service and showed the utmost courteousness and respect throughout the entirety of the job. I had interviewed several other companies before deciding on Element Moving and Storage and this was because I wanted to get the most of the interview process knowing that the company I hired on was aware of my concerns. I felt very comfortable with these folks and they showed a great work ethic throughout the entirety of the service, and I couldn't be happier that I choose them. Going forward, I would absolutely use them again if needed be and have recommended them already to many friends and family members alike who should know how well of a job they do. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone working at Element Moving and Storage. I really liked that they looked at my apartment beforehand to assess how much space would be needed on the truck. I also really liked the movers who helped me move from Dallas to Minneapolis. They were all extremely professional, neat, and careful. They gave me a really reasonable estimate on how long the move would take and they ended up doing a really efficient job. My experience was fantastic. I felt good about the prices and all of my items arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely use them in the future, if necessary. more

I like the customer service at Element Moving and Storage. Brandy, the office coordinator, met all my needs as to coordination, as it was an out of state move. The drivers were exactly on time, and delivered without any damage to any of my furniture or household. Brandy stayed with me the entire time. It was a very proficient move, and everyone who took part was very professional and arrived on the scheduled time. The pick up and delivery went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else making a long-distance move. I wouldn't hesitate to ever use them again. more

This was my first time using Element Moving and Storage. They provided me with packing and moving services. The entire staff was respectful, efficient and courteous. I have worked with Element on a complicated move which require art studio, gallery and home moving from TX to the east coast. The level of service , attention to details were great. Worked mostly with Julie and Brandy. The team who came to pack and ship the house were very professional and long time worker with element, which says something as well. Price was fair and element agree to pay couple of mistakes made during the initial estimation. Highly recommended more

I would reccommend them to anyone. If you have had bad moving experiences, then you know just how aweful this industry can be. This was NOT the case with Element and I am very happy ! We had normal moving damage etc......but the crew ( David and Alberto in particular ) were amazing and worked until 2:30 am so that we could be done on budget. Our move day in June 2014 was fantastic!! We had a three-man move team. It was obvious from the start that Neftaily, Moises, and Brandyn are professional movers who have been well trained. They went immediately to work meticulously and carefully wrapping our furniture and loading it properly into the truck. They worked hard and steady all day in our 4100 square foot, two-story home. They respected our home and made sure everything was protected. From the beginning of the day to the end, my husband and I felt in good hands, and that was important to us. Neftaily, Moises, and Brandyn have integrity......we did not have to watch over them to make sure they were working and doing their jobs correctly. They were self motivated and driven to do a superb job. Element took the stress out of moving for my husband and me. Just by luck I got matched up with these guys to help me with my move. Neftaily, Alberto, and Samuel showed up on time and knocked out the job in less time than I was quoted. Without a doubt the only company I plan on using from this point forward if I have to move again. more

Terrible service RESPONSE FROM Element Moving and Storage: Element Moving and Storage reviewed all of the paperwork associated with the professional move we performed for this customer. This was a local move. The delivery receipt was signed clear, no damages noted. The move took place on 3/7/14. It is now June and we have not, to this date, received a request for a claim form or any communication from the customer stating that they were displeased the services provided. Typically, when a move is completed and the shipper notices a scratch or damage to their furniture, they call immediately. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address any concerns that the shipper had. TXDOT requires that any claim for damages or losses on a local move, be filed with the carrier in writing within 90 days of the delivery. Since that time has elapsed we are unable to accept a claim now. The 90 day time frame affords the customer time to unpack and submit a claim if they need to. The 90 day time frame also helps to protect carriers from having fraudulent and erroneous claims placed on them. The shipper was given the brochure "Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move in the Texas. This very helpful brochure also details what the shipper should do in case of a problem/loss or damage to their goods. Element Moving and Storage provides this brochure for every move. more

We were moving a friend who was in the hospital with a serious illness. He had to move from a 2nd story apt. to a ground floor one a couple of miles away. It was on a pretty short notice and on a critical time frame. Being able to work us in was amazing in itself! EVERYONE, from Scott, to the ladies I spoke to on the phone to the guys with the truck was first rate: Intelligent, comprehensive, patient, professional, courteous, and HARD WORKERS! They got it done quicker than expected, without cutting corners! THE WHOLE TEAM IS FIRST RATE! I have already recommended Element to several friends! more
