I was in there a few months ago as I was visiting my family in Palm City. I picked up take out that I had called in. I specifically asked for my salad to have NO BLUE CHEESE. When I picked it up and got home, there was blue cheese on my salad. We called to inform the manager and he said that he would credit us the salad. There was NO mention of having to purchase the same item off the menu NOR mention of having to use the credit in a few weeks. My mother called to order just a month or two later and mentioned the credit. The manager informed her of the rule and she kindly explained that there was no mention of this when she placed the complaint. As he handed the phone to the girl to take the order, he said, ""Whatever, give the BITCH whatever she wants."" \r
It is extremely disappointing that there is a restaurant in this town that treats their customers this way. I can't believe this business hired this inappropriate individual.
