Hurricane Grill & Wings-Palm City

I was in there a few months ago as I was visiting my family in Palm City. I picked up take out that I had called in. I specifically asked for my salad to have NO BLUE CHEESE. When I picked it up and got home, there was blue cheese on my salad. We called to inform the manager and he said that he would credit us the salad. There was NO mention of having to purchase the same item off the menu NOR mention of having to use the credit in a few weeks. My mother called to order just a month or two later and mentioned the credit. The manager informed her of the rule and she kindly explained that there was no mention of this when she placed the complaint. As he handed the phone to the girl to take the order, he said, ""Whatever, give the BITCH whatever she wants."" \r It is extremely disappointing that there is a restaurant in this town that treats their customers this way. My husband and I went in on a Friday night and sat at the bar. I ordered a Cheeseburger, medium with Blue Cheese. I got a Cheeseburger with Blue Cheese, Bacon and BBQ sauce. I told the bartender that?s not what I ordered, she sent it back. The short order cook proceeded to scrape the blue cheese and bacon from the burger, removed the burger from the bun and placed it back on the grill cooking it to death. He added new blue cheese and placed the burger back on the old bun. There was still drops of BBQ sauce on the bun. I couldn?t believe that they couldn?t just cook a new burger and that they re-cooked and re-used all he ingredients. Thank God I don?t have any food allergies, what a nightmare! We will never eat at Hurricane Wings in Palm City again! Pros: Terrible service Cons: Terrible service more
