Review content:
Rude, non compassionate, overinflated prices...these vets will run every test that you are willing to pay for, then gouge you if you push them to give you an estimate for any intricate and surgical care your animal may need.\r \r I believe they are good vets, however, ONE of the female vets is beyond rude, arrogant and will charge you double if you question her fees. They are not forthright with cost of care and very defensive if asked. My husband was talked to "like a dog" by this vet after asking for an estimate for surgery.\r \r If you can't treat people with compassion and honesty during the potential end of their beloved pet's life, how do you think these people will treat your animal? \r \r Try Companion or Dr jones in Blacksburg. The difference is night and day with the quality of care and compassion for the entire "family"
