They are the absolute WORST management company in Athens. Maintenance is slow, they'll charge you fines for no reason, and they're overall completely unhelpful, rude and unresponsive UNLESS they believe you owe them money. \r

The Woodlands is not a bad place to live, but Parker's and Associates is just awful. Save yourself some money and frustration and lease from someone else. This is the third apartment complex I've lived in in Athens and this management company is the worst by far.\r

If I could give them 0 stars, I would without hesitation.
