Review content:
New management took over the property last summer and all they do is blame problems on the previous management. When noise or maintenance requests are made they will be ignored for weeks, and noise is a huge problem. You can hear everything your neighbors do from their middle of the night trips to the bathroom to their pounding music at all hours or even just their conversations so they can hear you as well - good luck on maintaining privacy. The parking lot is directly outside of the bedrooms (literally about 3 feet away) so depending on what floor you live on headlights will shine directly into your bedrooms at night and you will hear car doors slamming, engines running, and people yelling. Also, since the apartments all face into each other by the pools there are constantly people right outside your back porch or balcony and dog poop fills all the grassy areas (so watch where you walk).Parking is a problem because the sap from the trees will drip onto your car and damage the pa
