Review content:
Freeway Ford is currently running a campaign they call "2 for 1" implying that you buy one car and get another car free. Two different salesmen explained that if we bought an 07-08 used SUV, we could also choose an 03-04 used car such as a Focus for free... just paying tax and licence on the 2nd (cheaper) vehicle. My husband and I made 3 separate trips to Freeway to test drive vehicles, ask questions, and find 2 cars we wanted. Then came the sit down with the finance guy and an hour into that conversation, AFTER credit approval and appraisal of our trade-in, it is FINALLY explained to us that this is NOT in fact the deal at all. The deal is that you pay FULL PRICE for BOTH vehicles, but they get financed together on one loan. Ridiculous! This is the point where I started laughing, shook my head in disbelief and walked out.
