My wife and I worked with Shawn, he was great. We had a bit of a money issue and not good credit. Shawn was able to get us into a used car, however the car was a smokers car and my wife and daughter have issues with smoke. Well they tried to clean the smell which did not work. However, they took the car back and we picked a different car and it had lower mileage, newer model and the payment dropped by $23-YEAH. We also had an issue with the tires on the car we got as they were very worn. They took care of that and put brand new tires on at no cost to us. Over all the experience was a good one and will be back for my next car. more

THEY LIE and they don't care what it does to you! Sold us a used vehicle, the sales person and the finance lady both said the loan was approved, I asked if it was for sure approved and safe to sell my vehicle and they both said, "YES", so we got rid of our other vehicle to find out they *didn't* get the loan approved. They then assured us it would get approved and for three months tried getting us a loan - all that time hitting our credit and TRASHING it! After having the vehicle for three months, they then demanded we return the car, but now we can't get another loan and we don't have a car for my family. Not to mention, we had over six hundred dollars worth of work done to the body of the vehicle [removing dents] and they won't even reimburse us for that. Never will we trust Barbee's Freeway Ford again - what a bunch of low-lifes! more

Four years ago, I purchased a pickup from these people. After $2500 in repairs, the first week, I had a solid vehicle. Unfortunately, even though they promised to hold the title for me, they mailed it to my house, 1500mi away. Fortunately, I made a subsequent trip home and retrieved my title. A mixup in the paperwork, but these things are rare, right? Wrong. This time, I purchased an SUV. After 4 trips to their service department the first month, I think I have a reliable vehicle. I still don't have a title. It's been 6 weeks of them telling me that it should be here in a couple of days, and now they tell me that they mailed it to the former owner. During my most recent trip back to the dealership, I talked to another customer who also has not received his title. It has been so long that he had to get replacement temp tags, and those have expired, as well. The dealership, of course, refuses to pay for the extended temp tags. more

Freeway Ford is great to work with when you're looking to purchase a vehicle from them. Sure, they offer you a free drink, BS with you while you browse around, have activities to keep the kids busy, but once you sign the dotted line and your pre-owned vehicle (only 3 yrs old) has problems and is just past the manufactures warranty, Freeway doesn't help with ANYTHING and the extended warranty they sell isn't worth the paper it's written on. We've had the vehicle less than a year and many problems start showing up. I will NEVER buy from this dealership again! They aren't so friendly and helpful after the sale is complete. more

Freeway Ford is a fantastic place to buy a car. I traded in my Nissan car to get a fully loaded SUV (the mom car). I had fantastic service from everyone at the dealership. They were friendly, without being too pushy and they were patient and helpful ( I was shopping with my 2 year old). They have kid's videos and a popcorn machine that came in handy when I needed a break, or when my daughter did! The sales guy worked hard to find me what I wanted and the finance guys really searched to find me a great loan. more
