Review content:
After getting a new washing machine, every time I ran it, my pipes made a loud, knocking noise. James from Anderson PHAC came out, said he already knew what the problem was (newer washers with abrupt water shut-off valves, causing the water in the pipes to slosh - and knock - each time). He presented me with an estimate, as always, but also told me how I could fix it myself for a lot less, with parts from the hardware store. Being completely non-technical, and tending to put things off, I opted for him to do the work, but I appreciated the option! He had me run the washer and stayed for a while to be sure the problem was gone (it was instantly fixed). He even did a minor fix on my sink (installed a cap on a hole in the granite where a soap dispenser had been, we had the part but couldn't get up under the sink to screw it it properly) while he was there, and didn't charge me for that! It's typical for the honest, friendly and reliable service that I always gt from this company - hard to find these days! That's why I always recommend APHAC to everyone I know. Thanks, guys!
