While inspecting our newly acquired townhouse my daughter shoved up on the drywall over one of the windows and got showered with water. It appeared that the roof that the Housing Inspectors said should have a life of at least 4 years needed immediate replacement. Having had the roof of my house replaced in August 2013 by Best Roofing I gave Don Harrelson a call. Don was going out of town on business and told me he would have Ty Cox give me a call. I told Ty the problem we had and he agreed to meet me later that day at the property. He came out an gave me an estimate and I asked him when he could do it. He said he would try to get it the following Friday. Upon leaving Ty noticed that the property had a laundry room extending out at the back of the property that I failed to mention. He called on asked me if I wanted it included. Of course I did. Ty came back and measured it to include it. We agreed on a price and agreed that it would be done as soon as possible, but not later than January 23. On January 15th Ty called and said they finished a job early and could get me on the 16th. That worked better for us because rain was coming and we had leaks. They arrived as scheduled and started removing the old roof. When Ty arrived I asked him if I would have time to go to Home Depot to get a couple 2 by 4's to sister on to a couple of rafters that had water damage. He said his man was at HD and he would have him pick them up. They also installed them at a very reasonable price. They were very professional and finished the job in a day leaving the property in a very clean condition when they left. Without hesitation I would recommend Best Roofing for any roofing job. I know that I have an outstanding roof. installed by professionals and will last. I am very happy with the service provided by Best Roofing.
