Horrible service without even getting the service! WILL NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE! They've been scheduled twice now to come and clean my carpet and both times NO SHOW! And I've had to miss work TWICE! \r

They didn't even bother to call to cancel or reschedule, nor did they apologize or have a reason for not showing up when I called them. Plus they would not answer my calls or respond to my voice messages for days.\r

All they said was; 1st time: ""welll we see where you were scheduled, I don't know why no one showed up"". 2nd time: ""well I remember talking to you and rescheduling for today, I don't know why you're not on the work list for today"".\r
