We booked this hotel through our friend.When we arrived at the hotel the hotel looked very fresh and clean. The front desk staff was really nice who were very warm and good. The room smelled fresh and was really spacious,bathroom looked clean.The front desk was nice enough to help us with our luggage. Due to long journey I was tired and was not feeling well,the front desk staff was very kind enough to inform this to the General manager. The manager called and was very concern,I then requested for glass of hot chocolate which was delivered within 10 min. Next day he was there to meet me and to check if everything was good. This caring really touched me. The rest staff was also very good. I am very impressed with their customer service.
