My phone was ringing off the hook with horrible threats from bill collectors and scams! I did not know where to turn. I tried speaking with other attorneys who just seemed to be judgmental. I was down and out and looking down a dark, dark tunnel.
It took just one conversation with Ms. Ricci to settle my fears and know that there was a light at the end of a very dark tunnel. She was professional, caring, empathetic and treated me like a human being. She took the time to know me and worked diligently to help me get my life back in order. She is the best!!
