Greetings to all, my name is Lou. I've been doing business with Rowan properties for over 10 years. You will not find a better property management company in northern California. Anytime I've ever needed any assistance with a unit or a maintenance issue, they have always gone above and beyond the norm, to help resolve the issue at hand. Their genuine concern for assisting me and others is outstanding, and second to none. I once had a leaky roof in the middle of raining season. They personally became directly involved with the new roof project with the contractor and owner ensuring that the tenants were being taken care of. Theres other examples of this fine company ... they are concerned with safety to all and have a wealth of wisdom when dealing all aspects of property management. If your looking for a company with strong management ethics, professionalism, exceptional/accurate record keeping, and integrity then Rowan properties is who you need to do business with. I am very happy, non stressed, feel at ease doing business with Rowan Properties.
