We bought a sectional from Haverty's (Kennesaw Town Center) and will never do business with Haverty's again. We were lied to at the point of sale regarding delivery date and additional parts to hold the sectional together. The delivery process was miserable! They confirmed our delivery and told us to move out the old furniture to make room for the new sectional. The morning of delivery they called to reschedule. We had donated our old couch and had nowhere to sit for 10 days. In all, they re-scheduled delivery 3 times and gave us conflicting excuses! \r \r They'll make promises about a quick delivery to make you purchase, but they'll only send the delivery truck to your area if they have enough other delivery's to make it worth their while. Good luck trying to get them to return your calls or provide any customer service after the sale. They're commissioned and once they get they're money they don't care about you. anymore. \r \r We bought the couch two months ago and we're still dealing w
