Review content:
On a scale of 1-10, these guys get a 0 for customer service. They charged my credit card for a balance that is still being disputed and after I specifically told them not to. They did not tell me there would be a seam in my breakfast bar and not only is there a seam, but it is very conspicuous and not done well at all. I spent hours on the phone trying to get this matter straightened out and one of the managers who I talked with several times said he is just hearing about the problem only when he tries to collect! I would NEVER recommend this company and can tell you they are not the most reasonably priced, either. despite what they tell you.
