My experience with this company is outstanding. The technician arrived on-time and explained every thing he was doing or going to do - there were no surprises. The technician also educated me on proper care of my carpet and gave me great education on carpet products and proper use - WOW!!!
I will always us this company. I was impressed with the job they did on our carpet - the dirt that I thought was close to being permanent just came up like you'd wipe water off a countertop - I couldn't believe it! My carpet - a carpet full of spills, motor oil from my husband's work boots, and just overall dirt/grime is NOW CLEAN. I mean really clean!!!
