He appears to be a very competent technician, has wonderful interpersonal skills, is patient about explaining what he was doing, made some recommendations for improvements in our heating system which I accepted, immediately implemented the improvements which involved leaving to get some parts and coming back, informed me about water heater options since my current heater is 10 years old, charged and explained a fair price for the service and to sum up, in general, he is a great ambassador for Gene Johnson Heating and Plumbing.
